Refunds & Cancellations

All services once confirmed must be paid in full through bank transfer, cheque, or remittance in the currency and to the bank account mentioned in the invoice. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, the following charges apply: cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival incur a 15% cancellation charge of the total invoice amount; cancellations within 5 days of arrival incur 50%; cancellations less than 5 days incur 100%. Flights issued are non-endorsable, non re-routable, and non-refundable, and flight cancellations are handled separately as per airline rules.
